The preloved-shop is a secondhand platform by dariadéh. This platform contains a shop with already worn items that can be purchased. Before selling the items in the shop, we have a close look at each of them to ensure our common high quality standards.
In the preloved-shop, you can find clothes of the original dariadéh-shop that were already worn by others. Moreover, you can find clothes of previous fashion collections.
Unfortunately not at this time. Each shop runs on an individual platform.
This may be caused by the variant conditions of the items. If one item has visible signs of usage, it will be offered at a reduced price in comparison to an item without any (in)visible signs.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem vouchers or coupons in the preloved-Shop. Please use them only in our main shop.
Here is how the resale price of a pre-loved product breaks down:
35% Seller Payout This is what we give back to the person selling their item through our pre-loved program.
35% Logistics & Handling This includes fees for grading, handling, storage, customer service as well as postal charges and photography, which we forward to our fulfilment partners.
20% VAT This part is forwarded to the tax authorities.
10% Company Costs These company costs include expenses like employees, payment fees and IT costs. We don’t make any profit with our pre-loved program.
To sell your preloved dariadeh pieces just visit our Trade-In portal, register the items you want to sell and we will send a prepaid shipping label to your email inbox.
After we received your item, we will inspect it, refurbish it, take pictures and list them for sale on the preloved website.
As soon as your item is sold, we will send you a cash payout or gift card, that you can use in our new and preloved shop.
The Trade-In-Portal is a platform, where you can trade in items, that you want to sell. There, you can upload pictures and select characteristics of your garment and track the process. Based on the condition of your item, you will immediately receive a trade-in offer. Also, you are able to change your contact information and find all details about the trade-in process.
After clicking on 'Start now', you will be directed to the form of the Trade-In-Portal. There, you can upload pictures of the item that you want to sell and select the different characteristics down below. You can optionally leave a message to the future owner of your item.
If you want to trade-in multiple items, you can click on '+add another item'. If not, you can continue by choosing the payment option and filling in your contact information.
After that you can wait until your items are approved by us, so we will send you the shipping label for trade-in.
After your items were checked visually on screen and accepted for trade-in, you will receive a shipping label. Print out the label and drop off your parcel in the closest post office. With that shipping label, you can send us all the items that were previously registered in the Trade-In-Portal.
Please don't send in items, that were not registered or approved by us. They will be sent back at your charge.
Please send in items, that are still wearable. We don't accept items that don't function properly, e.g. have holes, are dirty and not functional anymore.
Yes, generally all items within the given categories are available for trade-in. We do have to make an exception for the Ayla Pant in the colors black and deep ocean. These two styles are excluded from the preloved program.
Every item arriving in our warehouse will be checked by hand. Based on the condition of your item, we categorize it from 'Perfect' to 'Acceptable':
Perfect --> Your item is in a flawless condition and looks like new. It has no visual or non-visual signs of usage at all.
Good --> Your item is still in a very good condition but it doesn't look like new. Also, it has no noticable visual or non-visual signs of usage.
Okay --> Your item has a decent look and may have small signs of usage but with no lack of functionality, e.g. fabric defects.
Acceptable --> Your item clearly has visible signs of usage, e.g. stains or missing label.
When registering your items on our Trade-In-Portal, you can choose between a cash and gift card payout.
The gift card can be used in either the dariadéh shop or the preloved-shop.
Depending on your selection, we will transfer money to your bank account or create a gift card for you after your items are sold.
After your item sells, we need your banking information to transfer the money to your bank account.
You will receive your payment / voucher once your item has been sold.
If (one of) your items has been declined, it may have different reasons. There is nobody more willing of giving items a second life than us but unfortunately, it's not always possible. So try to make sure that you trade in items that are in a wearable condition for their next owners.

For login, please click the 'Login' button in the upper right corner of the Trade-In-Portal. Next, enter your e-mail address and we will send you a login link.
Once you are logged in, you can see your items' details and its current status.
Remember, that you need to enter your e-mail address every time you want to log in.
Your account is protected by your e-mail address. Only people who have access to your e-mail inbox can enter your account. Please protect your e-mail account with a strong password.
You can always delete your account once all items are sold. Please contact us at email@example.com if you wish to delete your account.
In the sense of sustainability, all of our items will be shipped emission free with DHL GoGreen.
Usually, it takes about 2-3 working days within Germany. The shipping to other countries (e.g. Austria) may take a bit longer.
Shipping within Austria and Germany is free of charge. Shipments to the other countries within Europe costs 7,50€.
Unfortunately, we're only able to ship within Europe.

If you want to return an item, you can request a shipping label on portal.reverse.supply/returns/dariadeh or by scanning the QR-code on the top right corner of the instruction included in the package.
You can return your bought items within 14 days.
Costs for return shipment due to wrong address or not timely pick up in the parcel shop must be borne by the customer, as we can not assume any liability for third party debt.
Reduced or damaged (due to usage) goods are excluded from return and exchange. This also accounts for items that are tried on without underwear.
If we receive goods after the expiry of the period or damaged through use, we can not accept the return.
Yes. After we have received and checked your return, we will refund the item price and the initial shipping costs. Unfortunately we can not refund the costs for the return shipping.
We can only refund via the same method of payment the initial purchase was made.
Unfortunately we cannot refund the money if the refund package is damaged, opened or lost on the way. Therefore we highly recommend insured shipping.
Originally, all of our items are produced in Portugal, Serbia and Turkey, mostly in small family-owned factories.
This is a claim that's nearly impossible to claim and we're very careful with those kind of claims. Most of the components we use would degrade without leaving any eco-toxic residue, however the dyes that we currently use, even though it's the most sustainable ones our factories can provide, are made with (non toxic and heavy metal free) chemicals that can never be claimed as biodegradable. The closest to biodegradable would be our items in the color "Ecru", as they haven't been dyed at all. Yet we would have to do scientific testing to use this claim and therefore don't claim anything we haven't thoroughly tested on a scientific basis.
Our items are made entirely of organic cotton, recycled cotton, Lyocell (Tencel ™), linen and bemberg (cupro). The elastane used in rib parts is Roica® V550, a yarn that degrades in the environment without releasing harmful substances (non-ecotoxic) and is certified with the C2C Gold Standard. This yarn is produced in Japan, Thailand, China and Germany. Furthermore, Corozo nuts are used for our buttons, which are sanded into buttons by a family run factory in Portugal. For the elastic waistband in our trousers we use a mixture of 50% natural rubber and 50% organic cotton. These natural rubber bands are produced in a small factory in Austria. The metal sliders which we use in some products are made in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal in a small family business. The material for the sliders is sourced in Europe (Luxembourg & Belgium) and is nickel free.
All our products are vegan, no animal fibres are used.
No. A vegetable dye for fabrics would mean that our products should be washed only using cold water but also that they would fade in the sunlight. In addition, various color (deep black) can not be achieved with vegetable colors.
Each garment has a care label attached on the inside, that gives you instructions on how to care for it best.
We recommend sensitive detergent and slow spinning.
Unfortunately, there is no store to drop your clothes. Please only send in the items that were approved by us.
That is no problem as long as your item has not been sold yet. You can request it by contacting our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Every item arriving in our warehouse will be checked by hand, cleaned and photographed. So all these measurements may take some time.
If your item isn't sold after 3 months, we will discount the price by 50% of the previous preloved price. After 3 additional months we will ask you to decide whether you want your item back or it should be recycled professionally.
If you decide to have your unsold item recycled, we will collect all the items with the permission to recycle. This bulk of garment will be shipped to our recycling partner where all the items will be sorted and recycled with paying great attention to a processing which is as sustainable as possible.
